For independent agencies

Automate the work your agency still does by hand

Commission statements read and reconciled against your book. Certificates drafted. Email and PDFs turned into CRM records. Every figure traced back to the document it came from, and every draft held for a licensed person to approve. Price what that is worth below, using your agency’s own numbers.

The week that disappears into the back office

None of the work below needs a licence. All of it is being done by people who hold one.

Commissions

The carrier download lands and the amount still does not resolve, so somebody keys the amount due into every file until the balance nets to zero. The life and health carriers mostly do not download at all, so those statements get pulled one at a time, in a different format each, and typed in. Then the downline agents have to be paid, exactly.

Certificates

Requests arrive from commercial clients all day. Each one takes a person away from whatever they were doing, to copy details that are already sitting in the policy file.

Intake

The email holds the information. The attached PDF holds the information. Somebody still retypes it into the management system, and the record is only as current as the last person who got round to it.

How it works

Three steps. The third one is the reason a regulated business can actually run the first two.

1

Point it at what you already run

Your management system and the mailbox the work arrives in. No rip and replace, and no new system for your team to learn. The automation goes around the software you have rather than asking you to move off it.

2

It reads, matches and does the arithmetic

Take the commission statement, which is the hardest of the three. The download already gets the data in. What nobody automates is the part after that, so this does it:

  • Reads every line, then checks the statement’s own totals foot before trusting it
  • Matches each line to a policy in your book, with a fallback on insured and effective date when the policy number is formatted differently
  • Applies your commission rate to the matched premium and works out what each line should have paid
  • Flags short paid, over paid, missing, duplicate, chargeback and unmatched, with the dollar difference named rather than a bare mismatch
  • Works out what each downline agent is owed, before you pay them
3

A licensed person approves

Every figure carries the line of the document it came from. Anything it cannot trace, it flags instead of filling in, and unmatched lines are surfaced rather than quietly guessed into a match. Nothing reaches a client file until a person says yes.

That approval step is in the engine, not in a policy document. It is what makes this safe to point at a book of business.

Choose a plan

Each plan is a list of places your agency loses hours or misses commission. Silver AI covers four of them. Gold AI covers those four and adds the two that live inside the book you already own. Every line named on a card is a line you will see priced further down this page, in your own numbers.

Start hereBack office automation

$100per paid user, per month

The three jobs an agency does by hand every week, automated and held for approval.

What it automates

  • Commission reconciliation and workflow automation. Reads the carrier statement, matches every line to your book, works out what each line should have paid, names the dollar difference on anything that is short, over, duplicated or unmatched, and calculates what each downline agent is owed.
  • Intelligent email and PDF intake with CRM automation. Reads the email and its attachments, pulls the client and policy details, matches the existing record and drafts the update, so nobody retypes a document that already holds the answer.
  • Certificate of Insurance automation. Drafts the certificate from the policy already on file, so a request that arrives mid morning stops being an interruption.

What that pays for, priced below

  • Producer selling time, commission administration, CSR productivity, and hours back on the owner’s desk.

Automation and revenue

$150per paid user, per month

All three automations, pointed at the two places an existing book quietly loses money.

Everything in Silver AI, and then

  • Renewal retention automation. The renewal worked early instead of the week it lapses, so renewals you would otherwise have lost are held.
  • Cross-sell automation. The gaps already sitting in your book surfaced as additional cover for clients you already have.
  • Higher starting figures on all four Silver AI lines. Every one of them is a control you can move, and the page shows you where they sit.

Custom scope

Customassessed for your agency

For agencies where a per-seat number is the wrong question.

What the assessment covers

  • Your book and your systems. Scoped against what you actually run.
  • The work you want taken off people. Named before anyone quotes.
  • A written assessment. You leave with the plan whether or not we build.

Implementation is $1,000 once, and it is counted inside the first-year figures below. There is a switch in the results panel for the ongoing year, which leaves it out. Each card is figured on that plan’s own starting assumptions; the panel below follows whatever you set.

Platinum AI is not priced per seat, so a standard calculator would give you a number that is wrong before you finish reading it. We size it against your book, your systems and the work you actually want taken off people.

Your agency

Headcount and seats. Nothing here leaves your browser.

Context for the conversation. The commission saving is driven by the hours below, not by this count.

Your economics

Loaded hourly cost means wage plus payroll tax and benefits, which is what an hour actually costs you.

Renewals and cross-sell

Gold AI only. Count these as policies on clients you already have, so they cannot be the same policies as the new business in the producer line.

The assumptions behind the result

These four are the only things the calculator claims the platform changes. They arrive at the figures written into the Silver AI and Gold AI plans, and you can move every one of them.

These are illustrative starting figures, chosen so the page is not blank. They are not benchmarks, they are not an average of anybody’s results, and nothing here is a forecast of yours. The number this page produces is your arithmetic on your inputs.

How much recovered time becomes money

Three of the six lines below are hours priced at your own rate rather than commission you bank. An hour saved is worth cash only if it turns into production, or if overtime or headcount actually falls. Set the share you believe converts.

Where the value comes from

Six lines, and they add up to the figure above. Nothing is counted twice: the producer line is new business, the cross-sell line is additional cover for clients you already have.

Nothing above was gated and nothing has been sent. If you want the numbers in writing, this puts your inputs and assumptions in front of us so we can come back to you about the ones we think are too generous.

Your figures stay in your browser until you press that button. The calculator makes no network call of any kind before then.

What this page is

This calculator provides estimates based on information entered by you and on illustrative assumptions that you control. Actual time savings, productivity gains, commissions and revenue results will vary by agency. Nothing here is a projection of your results, and no figure on this page is drawn from a measured NextRev outcome.
